To ensure compliance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which takes effect from May 25, 2018, Wiley has released some important and very useful support documents. These apply to you if, in the course of your work as a Certified DiSC coach, trainer or HR professional and/or a Wiley EPIC sub account holder, you have access to or work with personal information (names, email addresses, etc.) of individuals in the EU.
(If you do not work with EU personal data, although you are not affected at this time, if you expect to be working with such data in the near future, we strongly recommend you attend to this process now.)

- The first document is a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) between ourselves (Academy of High Achievers Ltd) as Authorised Wiley Partners and you as one of our clients. Please can you complete, sign and return this agreement form to us ASAP. We will then sign our part of the agreement and return it to you. We would also recommend that you use this template with your own external clients who have their data (DiSC profiles) stored in your EPIC account.

Wiley has also developed a brochure that you can share with your existing and potential clients to help them build their trust and confidence in both yourselves and Wiley as compliant suppliers and data processors. The brochure outlines Wiley’s compliance with the new regulations and explains the Data Processor Agreement (DPA) which needs to be signed by you and your client organisation.
